I made Chocolate Fudge Sauce

 I wanted hot fudge for my ice cream so i looked up how to make it and there were too many different recipes; so I decided to make my own. It was delish! What i did was i took about 1/2 cup of semisweet chocolate chips in a small sauce pan and I covered them with cream. After that I added 1/4 tablespoon of brown sugar and a pinch of salt. I heated everything together on low heat, until it made a creamy sauce. It is actually really easy and taste yummy !

I decided to be a food blog with a little insert of my life :)

 This is the strawberry jam I made the other day and it is surprisingly simple. You get some strawberries and you put them in a sauce pan (of course) and you add some sugar. I find that not telling you exact measurements leaves room for you to personalize your food. Anyway boil  it at medium high until it gets to a jam like consistency. After that you can add some type of juice, like lemon juice. I personally added some tea I got from Teavana. It was good jam :)

This is my first attempt at custard cake. The cake was really delicious, even though it wasn't as pretty as the picture I got the recipe from. I got it from the White on Rice Couple's website and they were right it is amazingly good. The only thing I changed was that I added cinnamon.

So it turns out i need a theme for my blog. I need some suggestions what should be my theme based on what I have already posted?Assuming someone cares...lol

Today I went to the gym

So today I went to the gym even though I was tired and sick. I'm a little proud of myself... I pushed through it. I found out at the gym you can use the wallet app I have on my phone to get stuff. I pressed the button like 4 times; so I'm hoping it didn't charge me $1.50 every time I swiped it...lol I only got one muscle milk. Ugh I'm so tired!!!

 I am thinking about making something fancy later... what should i make?

Bikes and Things

So apparently I still do not have enough words...lol So there is this bike I really want and my mom thinks its a waste of money and that I wouldn't ride it (which is completely uncharacteristic for me to do). I just want a cruiser bike with a basket on the front. Its really not too much to ask for... :)

My breakfast this morning

This morning i decide to make breakfast for my boyfriend because it was the last day he was going to see me in a while. Cooking is one of those things that shows you care. So i made him the best thing i could with the things in my house. Pancakes, bacon, and eggs with shallots, mushrooms, american and mozzarella cheese :)

So for my first post I will start by saying that I just graduated college with my bachelors in Biology. I have no job and no money, oh! and I live with my mom. I am not a model (though that would be ideal) and I'm not that fashion forward, probably not at all.However, I thought it would be to do one of those "look at my life blogs" even though I have no money.
